Ester Reply by Ester Mind helps businesses send Meta-compliant private replies when users comment on connected Instagram posts or reels.
Data We Collect
We collect account email addresses for authentication, workspace metadata, connected Instagram account identifiers, encrypted Instagram access tokens (AES-256-GCM), campaign settings, webhook payloads, comment metadata needed to process campaigns, delivery logs, and operational diagnostics.
How We Use Data
We use this data to authenticate users, connect Instagram integrations via official Meta APIs, match comment keywords, send private replies, prevent duplicate sends, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.
Instagram and Meta Data Safety
Ester Reply does not ask for Instagram passwords, scrape Instagram, or use browser automation. Instagram tokens are encrypted at rest and used strictly to perform actions authorized by the connected account.
Data Retention and Deletion
Users can disconnect Instagram from Settings at any time, which purges the stored access token. For full data deletion requests, visit our Data Deletion Instructions page.
